Statistics: Russian producer price index grows 2.9% in June

MOSCOW, Jul 16 (PRIME) -- The Russian producer price index increased by 2.9% on the month and 31.1% on the year in June, the Federal State Statistics Service said on Friday citing preliminary estimates.

The natural resource prices rose by 3.8% on the month. Prices in the processing industries increased by 3.3%. Electric power and gas supply prices fell 1.6%, water supply and waste recycling prices decreased 0.1%.
